Interview and Inspection -
National Field Representatives will determine occupancy status, property condition, type of property as well as the neighborhood status and utility information. This inspection will have an added attempt to make contact with the mortgagor, or co-mortgagor. This includes current home and work numbers, and mortgagor comments if any are made. If no one is home, generic call back card left to contact the servicer.
This exterior only inspection will also work for: Due Diligence Exterior Only, No Contact Exterior Property Report, Foreclosure Inspection, or a Property Condition Report.
All services include detailed photos of the work before, after and during.
Each order can only have ONE property address on the order. Orders with more than one service address will be canceled.
