Insurance Loss / Loss Draft Inspection -
These inspections are conducted on properties that have suffered an insurable loss. The field inspector will meet the mortgagor or contractor and review the repairs. The inspection report includes: the repairs completed, the repairs yet to be completed, and the estimated percentage complete.
All services include detailed photos of the work before, after and during.
Each order can only have ONE property address on the order. Orders with more than one service address will be canceled.
