Lawn Cutting Services -
National Field Representatives will send a qualified contracter to do your initial lawn cut of up to 10,000 sqft if the grass is 12" or shorter.
Use Google Earth to determine size of your mowed surface.
Services for taller grass and or overgrowth are available, but would require you to use the Bid Service to appropriately estimate the cost of cleanup and removal due to the need for larger equipment and more man-power. Lawns larger than 43,560 sqft (1 acre) would also require a bid.
For larger lawns up to 1 acre NFR charges an additional $15.00 per 5,000sqft above the original size.
Example: Your full property size is 150ft x 100ft which is 15,000 sqft. (about 0.34 or 1/3rd of an acre) The buildings and hard surfaces on the property take up 5,000 sqft. That means the property has 10,000 sqft of lawn to mow.
All services include detailed photos of the work before, after and during.
Each order can only have ONE property address on the order. Orders with more than one service address will be canceled.
Liabilities:
Please note, as with all services if the contractor arrives at the property and there is discrepancy in the information provided, then services can be denied, and you will be refunded less a $45.00 Service/Bid Fee. The contractor will provide a bid to complete the requested services.
Trip Fee:
While NFR services over 90% of all Zip Codes in the United States, there are times that a property in a rural area will generate a travel fee to cover the trip charges our contractors incur. These fees range from $25 - $150 per order and will be calculated during checkout.
