Construction Status Inspection -
These inspections are conducted on properties that are in the process of being newly constructed. The field inspector will meet the mortgagor or contractor and review the construction progress. The inspection report includes: the work completed, the work yet to be completed, and the estimated percentage complete.
All services include detailed photos of the work before, after and during.
It is important to note: NFR Construction Status Inspections are not a replacement for certified building inspectors, occupancy inspections, or code officers.
Each order can only have ONE property address on the order. Orders with more than one service address will be canceled.
