Code Violations Abatement Estimate/Service -
Did you or a client receive a municipal code violation in the mail for one of your properties? We understand. It happens. The grass is too tall, debris in the yard, property is abandoned and was damaged, etc.
Our Code Violations Abatement process takes the worry out of it for you. This service includes:
- Gathering Information about the Violation
- Coordinating a Contractor to Inspect and Place a Bid to Satisfy the Violation
- Detailed photos of the violation/s to corroborate the code officer's findings
- Meeting with the local code officer to make sure the bid will abate the violation when complete
- Send a custom itemized bid to you, the client for the cost of the work needed for your approval
- Schedule a return visit from the code officer when the abatement work is complete
- File all necesary documents required by the municipal code office
All services include complete photos of the work being done before, after and during.
Each order can only have ONE property address on the order. Orders with more than one service address will be canceled.
Liabilities:
Please note, this service must be accompanied by proof of ownership documentation.
Trip Fee:
While NFR services over 95% of all Zip Codes in the United States, there are times that a property in a rural area will generate a travel fee to cover the trip charges our contractors incur. These fees range from $25 - $150 per order and will be calculated during checkout.
