Winterization -
Winterize your property. City or well water, National Field Representatives will send our trusted contractors to the property to make sure all water piping is properly drained, and any necessary anti-freezing agents applied. Toilets will be covered in plastic and winterization notices placed at the property. Domestic, Hydronic, Steam, HVAC, Hot Water Heaters, and Radiant systems are all able to be winterized by NFR's Field Service Representatives.
All services include detailed photos of the work before, after and during.
Each order can only have ONE property address on the order. Orders with more than one service address will be canceled.
Liabilities:
Please note, as with all services if the contractor arrives at the property and there is discrepancy in the information provided, then services can be denied, and you will be refunded less a $45.00 Service/Bid Fee. The contractor will provide a bid to complete the requested services.
Trip Fee:
While NFR services over 90% of all Zip Codes in the United States, there are times that a property in a rural area will generate a travel fee to cover the trip charges our contractors incur. These fees range from $25 - $150 per order and will be calculated during checkout.
