Cancellation Policy
As this is a non-tangible service item that is sent out to our network of nationwide field representatives as soon as the order is received, in order to receive a full refund your order must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. Any order completely cancelled after the 24 hour period will result in a $45 service/travel fee. Orders are not eligible to cancel after 36 hours.
You should receive your refund within 7-10 business days if your order meets the requirements for a refund.
